Hamad — HR Smart Assistant

About the project

Holoriser developed a smart virtual character named Hamad for Fujairah Human Resources, with Emirati features and dress.

He works as a modern, interactive front desk: he talks with visitors and staff and answers their questions about HR services and information, through a clear, direct conversation.

What we built

We designed and built a complete male virtual character, from the Emirati features and dress through to integration inside an AI-powered interactive program.

We trained the AI model on the entity's data, so Hamad can answer inquiries accurately and give visitors or staff the information they need in a direct, natural way. He listens, understands questions and replies by voice, which makes getting information easier than with traditional displays. He runs on a 75" Holobox.

The value it delivered

The project gave the entity a modern way to serve the public and staff by turning HR information and services into an interactive conversation. Instead of relying on screens, flyers or traditional help desks, a user can talk to a smart character and get instant answers. It also reflected the entity's move toward innovation and digital service.
