Holographic display rental for exhibitions, launches and events across the UAE
Holoriser rents Holobox holographic displays in Dubai and across the UAE for exhibitions, product launches, government stands and events. A rental covers the unit for your event days, delivery, installation, calibration and collection, and can add 3D content, an AI hologram assistant and an on-site technician.
Most rentals run for the length of an event, from a three-day exhibition to a multi-week activation. If a display will run for more than a couple of months, buying or leasing usually costs less, and all three options are available.

The unit and logistics come with every rental; content, AI and staffing are added to suit the event.
65", 75" and 86" units, with smaller versions for tight spaces. The full-size unit is about 50 cm wide and 222 cm tall.
Transport, installation, calibration and a technical check before doors open, then dismantling and collection after the event.
We adapt your existing 3D files or videos for the display, or produce new content such as filmed presenters, 3D product models or animation.
A character that talks with visitors and answers from your own approved information, in Arabic, English and other languages.
Recommended for anything interactive. Technician cover is billed by the day, from stand opening to stand closing.
A control panel for play, pause, scene switching and scheduling. We can run the display or train your team to run it.
From the first brief to collection after the event
Share your dates, venue, what you want on the display, which assets already exist, whether visitors interact with it and how many units you need.
We prepare or adapt the content and check how it looks on the display before the event.
We coordinate venue access, loading and power, then install and calibrate the unit, usually the day before opening.
We run the display or support your team during the event, then dismantle and collect the unit.
The hardware is rarely the largest cost. These are the lines that move a quote.
A larger unit has a higher rental rate. A second unit doubles delivery and setup, but not the content.
Adapting clean 3D files takes days. Building models from physical products, or a character that talks back, takes longer and usually costs more than the unit.
Delivery, setup, calibration and dismantling cost the same for three days or ten, so short rentals cost more per day.
A passive 3D loop often needs no one on site. Interactive and AI setups need a technician, billed by the day.
Loading bays, lifts, delivery windows and power at venues such as Dubai World Trade Centre and ADNEC shape the setup plan.
Work in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and the other emirates means a longer day for the crew and sometimes an overnight stay.
Settle these early, especially at large exhibition centres
Rentals we have delivered at exhibitions and events

At the Bride Show in Abu Dhabi we displayed 80+ products from perfume, jewellery, watches, gold, fashion and cosmetics brands as 360° 3D models inside Holobox, giving visitors a clearer way to inspect each item.

A quiz experience for SHRM MENA 25 visitors in Dubai, led by a realistic 3D character of the Saudi figure Khalid Al-Harbi. He welcomes visitors, runs the Q&A and congratulates the winners.
Common questions we get from clients
It depends mainly on the content, the number of event days, the unit size and whether you need a technician. The hardware is rarely the largest cost; content production usually is. Send us your dates, venue and what you want on the display, and we will come back with a quote.
The unit for your event days, delivery, installation, calibration, dismantling and collection. 3D content, an AI character and on-site technician cover can be added depending on the event.
If the display will run for more than a couple of months, buying usually wins. If it appears at a few events a year, renting makes more sense. Leasing is also available, and we can compare the options for your plans.
Yes. We deliver across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. Locations outside Dubai mean a longer day for the crew and sometimes an overnight stay, which is added to the quote.
Yes, with an AI character. It listens to visitors, answers their questions from information you approve and can speak Arabic, English and other languages. For interactive setups we recommend a technician on site, at least on the first day.
The full-size unit is about 50 cm wide and 222 cm tall, and it is heavy. The venue needs a stable power outlet, space for the unit and its viewers, lighting that is not too bright in front of the screen, and a delivery route the unit fits through.
Share your dates, venue and what you want on the display, and we will send a rental quote.
