Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we get from clients

Can we integrate this with our existing CMS?

Yes. We work with the major digital signage CMS platforms (BrightSign, Scala, Magicinfo, etc.) and can also build a custom content workflow if your team needs something specific. The goal is that your marketing team can update content without calling us every time.

Do touch screens work with gloves or in dusty environments?

Capacitive touch (most consumer screens) doesn't love gloves or heavy dust. For industrial or outdoor environments we use IR-frame or PCAP screens with protective glass — those handle gloves, dust, and accidental knocks. Tell us the environment up front and we'll spec accordingly.

Can you analyze visitor data?

Yes. Common signals we can capture:

  • Footfall counts in defined zones
  • Dwell time per display or interactive station
  • Touch and gesture interactions per content piece
  • Heat maps for booth or floor layouts
  • Aggregated demographics via anonymized vision sensors

Everything is GDPR-aware and we don't store identifiable data unless your use case explicitly needs it.

Is the equipment buy or rent?

Both, depending on the use case. For a one-off trade show, renting is usually the right call — we deliver, set up, run, and remove. For a permanent showroom or museum installation, ownership and ongoing maintenance contracts make more sense. We're happy to compare both for your specific scenario.

Do you handle ongoing maintenance?

Yes. For permanent installations we offer service contracts that cover monitoring, content updates, preventive maintenance, and on-site response. Most issues are software or content-related and we resolve them remotely; hardware swaps are handled within agreed SLAs.

Can multiple displays be controlled centrally?

Yes. Whether you're running 5 screens in a single lobby or 500 across a retail chain, we deploy with a centralized CMS so your team can schedule content, update messaging by region, and monitor uptime from one place.

How does this compare to a Holobox or AR/VR demo?

Exhibition visual tech is the broad infrastructure layer (LED walls, touch screens, signage, sensors). A Holobox is a focused, attention-grabbing 3D display unit you drop into that environment. AR/VR is for one-on-one immersive moments. Most premium booths run all three together.
