Talking AI characters on Holobox for government, events and customer service in Dubai
An AI hologram assistant is a 3D character shown on a Holobox that listens to visitors, answers their questions by voice and guides them through a service. Holoriser builds these characters for government entities, charities and events across the UAE, in Arabic, English and other languages.
Each character is built around a defined scenario and approved information: an assistant answering questions about an organisation, a guide for a service or a donation, or a host running a quiz at an exhibition. It can run permanently in a lobby or service centre, or be rented for an event.

Capabilities we have delivered for clients in the UAE
Visitors speak to the character and get spoken answers, with no screen to tap.
A retrieval (RAG) system means answers come from the sources you approve, and you decide what the character will and will not say.
Arabic and English as standard, with other languages such as Hindi when the audience needs them. One assistant we built speaks four languages.
Emirati characters with realistic features, a virtual version of a real person, or an existing mascot brought into 3D.
Characters can pull data from back-end systems or connect visitors to reporting systems, depending on the project.
Quizzes with scores, step-by-step donation or service journeys, and admin panels that let your staff manage the questions.
From scenario to a character talking with visitors
Define what the character is for, who it talks to and which approved information it can use.
Design or film the character, including its look, voice and languages.
Set up the conversation system, test its answers against your data and connect any back-end systems.

Common questions we get from clients
A 3D character shown on a Holobox that talks with visitors by voice, answers their questions and guides them through a service. It is built around a defined scenario and the information you approve.
Arabic and English as standard. Other languages can be added for the audience: Ahmed, built for Dubai Charity Association, answers in Arabic, English and Hindi, and Khalid, built for the Ministry of Justice in Abu Dhabi, helps workers in four languages.
It answers from sources you approve, using a retrieval (RAG) system rather than the open internet. Part of every project is deciding what the character will and will not say, and testing its answers before launch.
Yes. For Dubai Police we filmed an officer and built a realistic virtual version of her, and for Fujairah Environment Authority we turned their existing cartoon character, Marjan, into an interactive 3D character.
For events, we recommend a technician at least on the first day, because voice interaction in a busy hall depends on microphone settings, background noise and where visitors stand. For government stands we normally recommend full cover.
Both. The character can run at a single event on a rented Holobox, or permanently in a lobby or service centre on a unit you buy or lease. The character and its software are yours to reuse at later events.
