Interactive Virtual Policeman

About the project

Holoriser built a realistic virtual character representing an Emirati police officer, with accurate features, the official uniform and a strong on-screen presence inside Holobox.

The character was designed to talk with visitors directly. It can listen, speak, answer questions and respond in a way that feels close to a real conversation, which makes it a practical model for smart public services.

What we built

The project ran in two stages: art and design, then technical development.

First, the art team built the character step by step, from realistic Emirati features to the police uniform in full detail, so it would look professional and believable. Then the technical team modelled the character inside an interactive program that lets it speak, listen and understand what visitors say. We also connected it to dedicated query systems through APIs, so it can ask the user for the data it needs and then present the answer clearly inside a chat-style exchange. The character ran on a 75" Holobox, so the officer appeared at a natural size in the space.

The value it delivered
