Ahmed — AI Smart Assistant
Ahmed is a 3D AI assistant with Emirati features, shown on a 75" Holobox. Built on a RAG system, he answers visitor questions about the association from approved data, in Arabic, English and Hindi.
About the project
Holoriser developed a 3D virtual character named Ahmed for Dubai Charity Association, designed with the features and dress of a young Emirati man.
Ahmed sits inside an interactive program that lets visitors talk to him directly and ask about the association, its services and its initiatives. He answers clearly and accurately, based on the approved data the system was trained on.
What we built
We designed a complete 3D character, from the Emirati features to the local dress, and prepared it to look real inside Holobox.
The character was then placed inside an AI-powered program so it could listen, understand questions and reply by voice in a natural way. We gave the system RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) so Ahmed answers from approved Dubai Charity Association sources, which keeps the information accurate. He supports Arabic, English and Hindi, and runs on a 75" Holobox for a clear, life-size presence.

The value it delivered
Ahmed gave the association a modern way to meet visitors. Instead of leaning on flyers or plain screens, a visitor can talk to a smart character and get instant answers in their preferred language. It also presented the association's identity in a way that stands out at events and reception areas.
